Isn't it interesting that the most powerful part of our body is one that acts based on thoughts alone? We think, and then we do. 

But what happens when we fall on bad times - what do we do when things are hard?

Positive thoughts are what get us through the most difficult situations - they help us think more clearly and find solutions an angry or upset mind would miss. Yes, it's good to be realistic, but in my own life, I've found a positive mind is exponentially better at solving any problem life throws my way. 

My hope for you, with this ZOX, is that you keep it positive, no matter the circumstance. It's only when we're kind to our minds that we see our true potential.
