Deep Breaths Bracelet

Breathwork, or controlled breathing, is actually incredibly beneficial for a variety of reasons. And as we worked on both the name and card for this design, I couldn't help but reflect on the fact that so many of the benefits from controlled breathing are things that I hope our bracelets can try to provide as well, albeit in a different way. Out of all the amazing benefits, however, deep, slow breathes are some of the most impactful:
They shift the body away from our fight-or-flight response, reducing stress and relaxing the mind. 

My hope with each and every ZOX we make is that it does something similar - that it's a token you can look down at to be reminded of your goal for that day, recentering your mind around what's really important.
